What You’ll Do:
✅ Partner with our skilled doctors to evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic pain.
✅ Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history-taking, physical exams, and diagnostic test reviews.
✅ Order and interpret X-rays, MRIs, and nerve conduction studies to craft the best treatment plans.
✅ Provide compassionate patient education about their condition and empower them with pain management strategies.
✅ Collaborate with physical therapists, psychologists, and specialists to ensure a holistic, team-based approach to care.
✅ Keep meticulous medical records and stay on top of documenting each patient’s journey to recovery.
✅ Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects that shape the future of pain management.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Graduated from an accredited Physician Assistant program and certified by the NCCPA.
✅ Licensed (or able to become licensed) in Pennsylvania as a Physician Assistant.
✅ A natural communicator with great interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with patients and teams.
✅ Commitment to patient-centered care and delivering compassionate, results-driven solutions for chronic pain.
✅ Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and collaboratively.
✅ A lifelong learner who is excited to stay on top of new advancements in pain management.
