Everybody was very pleasant and not long waiting at allPosted on Google Lala KenjoTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I'm going to say Dr. O is a miracle worker. I have two herniated discs in my neck and the pain was so severe, I had to roll out of bed some days. I went to see Dr. O and was scheduled for an injection in my neck. The first injection helped a little bit, but I was still in severe pain most days. Speaking to other people, it normally takes two injections so I went from my second injection with Dr. O. Oh, and by the way, he squeezed me in the very next day for the procedure. I have not felt this good in a very long time. I can actually sit in a chair without my neck throbbing from pain and I've even started taking better care of my vegetable garden in my yard. Like I said this man is a miracle worker. Love, love, love him and I highly recommend him. Oh, and all of his staff are extremely friendly, patient, and very empathetic to their patients.Posted on Google Maryann IkoTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The way everything was explained to me made the process clear and easy to understand. I felt very comfortable and, most importantly, safe throughout my visit. I truly appreciate the professionalism and care I received.”Posted on Google Barbara QuarantelloTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been a patient of Dr. Orhurhu for over a year and the care he has given me has been exceptional. I had a compound fracture of my L2 vertebrae in May 2024 and he performed a Kyphoplasty in his office with wonderful results. I still have issues with my back due to scoliosis and bulgeing discs that impinge on my spine. Dr.O suggested ablation therpy on my low back along with 4 epidural injections with 2 more to come this week. But I have great faith in Dr. Orhurhu that I will be improving under his excellent care and guidance.Posted on Google Seleimy Suárez RodríguezTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Me gustó bastante y mucho la atención de el Señor Andy, excelente coordinador. Excelentes servicios en todo!!! Quede muy encantada.
Why Choose MVM Health in Mesa?
Choosing the right pain, vein, or wellness specialist in Mesa starts with clear information and personalized care. MVM Health helps patients move from understanding their symptoms to choosing an appropriate next step.
Personalized evaluation
Before recommending any treatment, your Mesa provider reviews your current symptoms alongside your medical history, active medications, and any prior treatments — including care received outside MVM Health. This matters most for patients arriving with a mix of concerns (for example, chronic back pain alongside leg swelling), where treating one issue without seeing the other can mean missing a shared underlying cause.
Coordinated care
If your Mesa evaluation surfaces both a pain-related concern and a vein-related concern, your care team can coordinate between the pain and vein specialty pages within the same practice, rather than requiring a new referral and a new intake process at a separate clinic.
Clear treatment guidance
Every patient’s evaluation is different. Your provider will walk through what testing (if any) is recommended, what the range of minimally invasive pain treatment in Mesa options looks like for your specific presentation, how insurance factors into that decision, and what a realistic follow-up timeline looks like — before any treatment plan is finalized.
Convenient local care
The Mesa clinic is positioned to serve patients across the East Valley without requiring a long drive into downtown Phoenix — a practical consideration for patients managing chronic pain or mobility limitations, for whom travel time itself can be a barrier to consistent care.
Experienced, board-certified team
Care decisions at Mesa are made by board-certified providers following an evaluation-first approach: testing and diagnosis inform the treatment plan, rather than a treatment plan being assumed in advance based on symptoms alone.
Patient-first communication
Your provider will walk through your specific symptoms, the realistic range of options, and next steps in plain language — flagging where evidence is strong and where it’s more uncertain, rather than defaulting to reassurance. Outcomes vary by individual and are never guaranteed.
Our goal is to help each patient work toward relieving discomfort, restoring motion, and supporting a better quality of life, understanding that outcomes vary by individual and are never guaranteed.

What to Expect
First visit. New patients typically begin with a short conversation about their symptoms or goals, followed by an in-office evaluation with a member of the clinical team. Bring a list of current medications and, if available, any relevant prior imaging or test results — this helps your provider avoid repeating tests you’ve already had done elsewhere.
After the evaluation. Your provider will discuss what the evaluation found and the realistic range of next steps — which may include further testing, a specific treatment plan, or, in some cases, referral to another specialist if your concern falls outside what can be addressed at Mesa. There’s no single treatment path assumed in advance of your evaluation.
Follow-up. For patients who begin treatment, your provider will outline what a reasonable follow-up schedule looks like based on the specific treatment and your response to it.
Insurance & Scheduling
MVM Health works with a range of insurance plans. Submitting an appointment request online is the first step toward scheduling — our team will follow up to confirm your visit and can help verify your benefits ahead of time. Referral requirements vary by insurance plan and by the specific service you’re seeking, so it’s worth checking with your insurer before your visit if you’re unsure.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

We work with most major insurance providers and are committed to making high-quality pain, vein, and wellness care accessible.
