Dr. Thomas Khoury is an experienced surgeon with a career spanning vascular surgery, endovascular surgery, thoracic surgery, minimally invasive general and cancer surgery. He also has more than 30 years of experience in diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy and has been extensively involved in clinical research.

Dr. Thomas Khoury brings decades of surgical experience and a broad clinical background to patient care. His expertise includes vascular and endovascular surgery, thoracic surgery, minimally invasive general surgery, cancer surgery, wound care, and diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy.
From 1993 to 2025, Dr. Khoury served as President and CEO of Southern Ohio Surgical Associates, where he managed a busy surgical practice that cared for more than 75,000 patients over 30 years, including a vascular testing laboratory.
His career also includes leadership as Chairman of the Department of Surgery at Southern Ohio Medical Center and ongoing academic involvement as Master Faculty and Professor of Surgery at Ohio University Heritage College of Medicine.
