Virtual Appointment Instructions
At MVM Health, we want your virtual visit to be simple, secure, and stress-free. Please follow the steps below to prepare for your online appointment with our team.
Before Your Appointment
To ensure a smooth experience, please have the following ready:
• A smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera
• A stable internet connection
• A quiet, private space for your visit
• Your photo ID
• Any relevant medical records, imaging, or medications you want to review
How to Join Your Virtual Visit
You will receive a confirmation message with a Zoom link for your appointment.
At your scheduled time:
If using a phone or tablet:
1. Download the Zoom app from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Tap the link in your reminder text or email.
3. Select “Join Meeting.”
4. You will automatically enter the provider’s waiting room.
If using a computer:
1. Click the link in your appointment confirmation.
2. Select “Open Zoom” or “Join from Browser.”
3. Allow Zoom to access your camera and microphone.
4. Wait in the virtual waiting room until your provider admits you.
Tips for a Successful Visit
• Join the meeting 5 minutes early to test your video and audio
• Make sure your device is charged or plugged in
• Keep your phone nearby in case our staff needs to reach you
• Have your insurance card ready if needed
• If you are using a headset or earbuds, connect them before joining

If you do have a scheduled appointment, please click on the name of the provider you are booked with at your scheduled appointment time. This will place you into the virtual waiting room.
Similar to an in-office visit, there may be a brief wait before your provider joins the session. Please be assured this is normal, and no action is required on your part.
