I'm going to say Dr. O is a miracle worker. I have two herniated discs in my neck and the pain was so severe, I had to roll out of bed some days. I went to see Dr. O and was scheduled for an injection in my neck. The first injection helped a little bit, but I was still in severe pain most days. Speaking to other people, it normally takes two injections so I went from my second injection with Dr. O. Oh, and by the way, he squeezed me in the very next day for the procedure. I have not felt this good in a very long time. I can actually sit in a chair without my neck throbbing from pain and I've even started taking better care of my vegetable garden in my yard. Like I said this man is a miracle worker. Love, love, love him and I highly recommend him. Oh, and all of his staff are extremely friendly, patient, and very empathetic to their patients.Posted on Google![]()

I have been a patient of Dr. Orhurhu for over a year and the care he has given me has been exceptional. I had a compound fracture of my L2 vertebrae in May 2024 and he performed a Kyphoplasty in his office with wonderful results. I still have issues with my back due to scoliosis and bulgeing discs that impinge on my spine. Dr.O suggested ablation therpy on my low back along with 4 epidural injections with 2 more to come this week. But I have great faith in Dr. Orhurhu that I will be improving under his excellent care and guidance.Posted on Google![]()

Why Patients Choose MVM Health in King of Prussia
An evaluation that actually looks at the whole picture.
Your provider reviews your current symptoms next to your medical history, medications, and anything you’ve already tried-so nothing gets missed, especially if you’re dealing with more than one issue at once.
One practice, not three referrals
Because pain, vein, and wellness care live under the same roof here, your care team can coordinate across specialties instead of sending you out the door with a stack of referral paperwork.
No treatment plan before the facts are in
We walk you through what testing makes sense, what your realistic options look like, how insurance factors in, and what follow-up should look like-all before anything is finalized.
A location that actually makes sense for the area
Sitting in Upper Merion Township just off Renaissance Boulevard, our King of Prussia office serves patients across Montgomery County without requiring a trip into Philadelphia-including those coming from Wayne, Radnor, Valley Forge, Norristown, Audubon, Bridgeport, and Malvern.
Board-certified providers, evaluation-first
Our board-certified physicians and experienced nurse practitioners include doctors trained at Harvard Medical School. Testing and diagnosis drive every plan here, so your care is carefully based on what’s actually causing your symptoms, not guesswork.
Straight talk, no jargon.
You’ll hear what’s likely, what’s uncertain and what your real options are, in plain language. Patients often mention this in their reviews. There’s no pressure to decide on the spot, and questions are always welcome.
Pain, Vein or Wellness: Where Should You Start?
Not sure which kind of care you need? Here’s how our King of Prussia team usually sorts it out.
Start With Pain Care If…
You have back, neck or joint pain that has lasted more than a few weeks, pain that shoots down an arm or leg, or numbness and tingling. A pain evaluation looks at your spine, joints and nerves to find the source.
Start With Vein Care If…
Your legs feel heavy or achy by evening, your ankles swell, or you see bulging or spider veins. These can be signs of venous insufficiency, and a vein evaluation checks how well blood is moving through your legs.
Start With Wellness If…
You’re focused on weight, energy, hormone symptoms or healthy aging rather than a specific pain or vein problem. Wellness programs such as medical weight loss and IV therapy start with a review of your health history and goals.
Not Sure? Start With One Visit
Symptoms often overlap. Leg pain, for example, can come from the spine or the veins. Book one appointment and your provider will help decide which care fits, and coordinate across specialties if needed.
We Make Sure Your Care Is Accessible.
Looking for affordable pain relief or vein care in King of Prussia? Many pain, vein and wellness services may be covered when medically necessary. Before your visit, our team can verify your benefits and explain likely costs. Some wellness programs may be self-pay, and we’ll tell you upfront.
Call MVM Health today at (610) 936-8214 to check your coverage or request an appointment with a pain, vein or wellness specialist in King of Prussia.

FAQ
Yes. Our King of Prussia clinic offers pain management, vein treatment and wellness programs in one location. If your evaluation shows more than one concern, your care team can coordinate the next steps.
Referral rules depend on your insurance plan and the service you need. Appointment availability varies, so calling (610) 936-8214 is the fastest way to find the next open time.
Treatment often starts with physical therapy and activity changes. If pain continues, your provider may discuss epidural injections, nerve blocks or radiofrequency ablation, depending on the cause.
Options include sclerotherapy, radiofrequency ablation, laser ablation, VenaSeal® and ambulatory phlebectomy. Most are minimally invasive and done in the office. Your provider recommends a treatment after evaluating your veins.
Common symptoms include heavy or aching legs, ankle swelling, varicose veins, night cramps and skin changes near the ankles. If symptoms keep returning or get worse, it’s a good time for a vein evaluation.
IV therapy is one of MVM Health’s wellness programs, alongside medical weight loss, hormone replacement therapy and sexual health. Offerings can vary by clinic, so ask our team what’s currently available in King of Prussia.
Regenerative treatments such as PRP use parts of your own blood to support healing in joints and soft tissue. Results vary, and your provider will tell you whether it’s a reasonable option for your condition.
Yes, our providers evaluate nerve pain, including burning, tingling or numbness in the hands, feet or legs. Treatment depends on the cause and is discussed after your evaluation.
Cost depends on the procedure, the number of veins treated and your insurance. Treatment for symptoms like pain or swelling is often covered, while cosmetic spider vein care is usually self-pay.
Many plans, including Medicare, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, UnitedHealthcare and Blue Cross Blue Shield, cover pain and vein care when medically necessary. Our team verifies your benefits, though verification doesn’t guarantee payment.
Bring a photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications and any prior imaging or test results. For a vein visit, wear loose clothing so your legs can be examined easily.
We’re at 2200 Renaissance Boulevard, Suite 180, in the Triad building near the King of Prussia Mall. The office is close to I-76, I-476 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike, and near SEPTA’s Gulph Mills stop and Conshohocken Regional Rail station.
Take the Next Step Toward Better Health.
Whether it’s your back, your legs or your energy, start with a conversation with a specialist who listens. Visit us at 2200 Renaissance Boulevard, Suite 180, or call (610) 936-8214 to book your first visit.
