Highest quality treatments
Minimally Invasive
We use an evaluation-first approach that considers conservative options before anything more involved. Each recommendation is based on your symptoms, diagnosis, and individual needs, with comfort, safety, and daily function considered throughout your care.
Cutting-Edge
Our pain treatment providers use diagnostic tools and clinical evaluation to better understand your condition and develop an individualized plan. From diagnosis through treatment planning, our goal is to support your mobility, function, and overall quality of life.
Zero Downtime
Recovery and results vary by patient and by the treatment approach discussed. Your provider will explain what to expect, including activity considerations, follow-up needs, and how your care plan can fit around your comfort and daily routine.
How We Evaluate Your Pain
Pain can have different causes, so treatment starts with understanding where your symptoms may be coming from and how they affect your daily life. Your provider uses your history, physical findings, and any available diagnostic information to guide the next step.
Reviewing Your Pain History
We discuss where your pain occurs, how long you’ve had symptoms, what makes them better or worse, and any treatments you’ve already tried.
Assessing Movement & Function
Your provider may evaluate strength, movement, flexibility, tenderness, and how your symptoms affect walking, work, sleep, or other daily activities.
Reviewing Diagnostic Information
When appropriate, existing imaging or other diagnostic information may be reviewed to better understand the possible source of your symptoms. Additional testing may be discussed if clinically necessary.
Building Your Next-Step Plan
Your provider explains the findings and discusses appropriate next steps, which may include conservative care, additional evaluation, or targeted treatment options depending on your diagnosis.
Every care plan is individualized.
The goal is to understand your condition first and recommend options based on your symptoms, diagnosis, medical history, and functional needs.

Everybody was very pleasant and not long waiting at allPosted on Google Lala KenjoTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I'm going to say Dr. O is a miracle worker. I have two herniated discs in my neck and the pain was so severe, I had to roll out of bed some days. I went to see Dr. O and was scheduled for an injection in my neck. The first injection helped a little bit, but I was still in severe pain most days. Speaking to other people, it normally takes two injections so I went from my second injection with Dr. O. Oh, and by the way, he squeezed me in the very next day for the procedure. I have not felt this good in a very long time. I can actually sit in a chair without my neck throbbing from pain and I've even started taking better care of my vegetable garden in my yard. Like I said this man is a miracle worker. Love, love, love him and I highly recommend him. Oh, and all of his staff are extremely friendly, patient, and very empathetic to their patients.Posted on Google Maryann IkoTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The way everything was explained to me made the process clear and easy to understand. I felt very comfortable and, most importantly, safe throughout my visit. I truly appreciate the professionalism and care I received.”Posted on Google Barbara QuarantelloTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been a patient of Dr. Orhurhu for over a year and the care he has given me has been exceptional. I had a compound fracture of my L2 vertebrae in May 2024 and he performed a Kyphoplasty in his office with wonderful results. I still have issues with my back due to scoliosis and bulgeing discs that impinge on my spine. Dr.O suggested ablation therpy on my low back along with 4 epidural injections with 2 more to come this week. But I have great faith in Dr. Orhurhu that I will be improving under his excellent care and guidance.Posted on Google Seleimy Suárez RodríguezTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Me gustó bastante y mucho la atención de el Señor Andy, excelente coordinador. Excelentes servicios en todo!!! Quede muy encantada.
FAQ
Pain specialists typically review your symptoms and medical history, perform a physical exam, and may recommend imaging or other diagnostic testing when appropriate to identify the possible source of back pain.
You can expect a discussion of your symptoms, a physical evaluation, and a conversation about possible next steps based on your individual findings.
Interventional options may be considered when clinically appropriate, based on your evaluation.
Yes. Spinal stenosis can sometimes contribute to leg pain, weakness, tingling, or numbness, particularly during standing or walking. Symptoms vary depending on the individual.
A herniated disc can sometimes irritate nearby nerves and contribute to back pain, leg pain, numbness, or tingling. Your provider can evaluate whether a disc problem may be related to your symptoms.
Referral requirements can depend on your insurance plan and the type of pain evaluation you’re seeking.
A sciatica evaluation typically includes a review of your symptoms, a physical exam, and a discussion of whether further diagnostic testing may be appropriate. Sciatica symptoms can have several underlying causes, so evaluation comes before any treatment discussion.
Some patients may be guided toward imaging or other diagnostic testing as part of their evaluation, depending on their symptoms and history; others may not need additional testing before a next-steps conversation.
Medication management may be one of several options discussed during your evaluation, depending on your diagnosis and treatment goals. It is not the only approach considered.
Pain traveling from the lower back into the leg may be associated with irritation or compression of a spinal nerve, including conditions such as sciatica. A clinical evaluation is needed to determine the cause.
