4.9/246 Reviews
MVM Health’s Powell clinic is located at 25 Hidden Ravines Drive, Suite A, Powell, OH 43065, in southern Delaware County. Hidden Ravines Drive, home to several medical and dental offices, connects to the west side of U.S. Route 23 between Powell Road and Orange Road. The entrance has its own traffic signal with a left-turn arrow. The clinic offers pain treatment, vein care, and wellness services for patients from Powell, Lewis Center, Delaware, Dublin, Westerville, and the north Columbus area. Some patients come in for long-standing back pain, some for leg veins that ache or swell, and others for wellness goals like weight management. Each visit starts with a conversation and evaluation, so recommendations are built around your symptoms and history.

I'm going to say Dr. O is a miracle worker. I have two herniated discs in my neck and the pain was so severe, I had to roll out of bed some days. I went to see Dr. O and was scheduled for an injection in my neck. The first injection helped a little bit, but I was still in severe pain most days. Speaking to other people, it normally takes two injections so I went from my second injection with Dr. O. Oh, and by the way, he squeezed me in the very next day for the procedure. I have not felt this good in a very long time. I can actually sit in a chair without my neck throbbing from pain and I've even started taking better care of my vegetable garden in my yard. Like I said this man is a miracle worker. Love, love, love him and I highly recommend him. Oh, and all of his staff are extremely friendly, patient, and very empathetic to their patients.Posted on Google![]()

I have been a patient of Dr. Orhurhu for over a year and the care he has given me has been exceptional. I had a compound fracture of my L2 vertebrae in May 2024 and he performed a Kyphoplasty in his office with wonderful results. I still have issues with my back due to scoliosis and bulgeing discs that impinge on my spine. Dr.O suggested ablation therpy on my low back along with 4 epidural injections with 2 more to come this week. But I have great faith in Dr. Orhurhu that I will be improving under his excellent care and guidance.Posted on Google![]()

Why Choose MVM Health in Powell?
Choosing the right pain, vein and wellness clinic in Powell starts with clear information and personalized care. MVM Health helps patients move from understanding their symptoms to choosing an appropriate next step.
Personalized evaluation
Before recommending any treatment, your Powell provider reviews your current symptoms alongside your medical history, active medications, and any prior treatments — including care received outside MVM Health. This matters most for patients arriving with a mix of concerns (for example, chronic back pain alongside leg swelling), where treating one issue without seeing the other can mean missing a shared underlying cause.
Coordinated care
If your Powell evaluation surfaces both a pain-related concern and a vein-related concern, your care team can coordinate between the pain and vein specialty pages within the same practice, rather than requiring a new referral and a new intake process at a separate clinic.
Clear treatment guidance
Every patient’s evaluation is different. Your provider will walk through what testing (if any) is recommended, what the range of treatment options looks like for your specific presentation, how insurance factors into that decision, and what a realistic follow-up timeline looks like — before any treatment plan is finalized.
Convenient local care
The Powell clinic is positioned to serve patients across Delaware and Franklin counties without requiring a drive into downtown Columbus a practical consideration for patients managing chronic pain or mobility limitations, for whom travel time itself can be a barrier to consistent care.
Experienced, board-certified team
Care decisions at Powell are made by board-certified providers following an evaluation-first approach: testing and diagnosis inform the treatment plan, rather than a treatment plan being assumed in advance based on symptoms alone.
Patient-first communication
Your provider will walk through your specific symptoms, the realistic range of options, and next steps in plain language — flagging where evidence is strong and where it’s more uncertain, rather than defaulting to reassurance. Outcomes vary by individual and are never guaranteed.
Our goal is to help each patient work toward relieving discomfort, restoring motion, and supporting a better quality of life, understanding that outcomes vary by individual and are never guaranteed.

What to Expect
First visit. New patients typically begin with a short conversation about their symptoms or goals, followed by an in-office evaluation with a member of the clinical team. Bring a list of current medications and, if available, any relevant prior imaging or test results — this helps your provider avoid repeating tests you’ve already had done elsewhere.
After the evaluation. Your provider will discuss what the evaluation found and the realistic range of next steps — which may include further testing, a specific treatment plan, or, in some cases, referral to another specialist if your concern falls outside what can be addressed at Powell. There’s no single treatment path assumed in advance of your evaluation.
Follow-up. For patients who begin treatment, your provider will outline what a reasonable follow-up schedule looks like based on the specific treatment and your response to it.
Insurance & Scheduling
MVM Health works with a range of insurance plans. Submitting an appointment request online is the first step toward scheduling — our team will follow up to confirm your visit and can help verify your benefits ahead of time. Referral requirements vary by insurance plan and by the specific service you’re seeking, so it’s worth checking with your insurer before your visit if you’re unsure.

Take the Next Step Toward Better Health.
Personalized care starts with the right team. At MVM Health, our experienced specialists provide comprehensive, patient-focused services at our Pain, Vein and Wellness Clinic in Powell, with care tailored to your individual needs and health goals. Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic pain, treatment for vein concerns, or support for your overall wellness, our team is here to help you explore the right care options.
FAQ
Yes, the Powell clinic offers both pain and vein care. If your evaluation points to both, your care team can coordinate the next steps within MVM Health, so you don’t need a new referral to a separate practice.
It depends on your insurance plan. Some plans require a referral from your primary care provider, and others don’t. Our team can check your plan’s rules when you request an appointment.
We work with many major insurers, including Medicare, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, United Healthcare and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Coverage varies by plan, so call (380) 324-4119 to verify your benefits.
Bring a photo ID, your insurance card and a list of current medications. If you have recent MRI, X-ray or ultrasound results, bring those too, so your provider can avoid repeating tests. Patient forms can be completed ahead of time.
Consider a vein evaluation if you notice leg heaviness, swelling by evening, visible bulging veins, night cramps or skin changes near the ankles. These can be signs of venous insufficiency, which a simple ultrasound can assess.
Eligible patients can request a video consultation to discuss symptoms and next steps. Some evaluations, such as vein ultrasounds, still need an in-person visit to the Powell clinic.
Often you can’t tell on your own, which is why an evaluation helps. Nerve pain from the spine tends to shoot or tingle down the leg, while vein-related aching usually feels heavy and worsens after standing. Our Powell team can assess both.
Many vein treatments are covered when they are medically necessary to relieve symptoms such as pain, swelling or skin changes. Treatment done only for appearance, such as some spider vein care, is usually not covered. Our team will check your plan before treatment.
Most minimally invasive vein procedures are done in the office, and many patients walk the same day. Recovery depends on the procedure and your health. Your provider will explain activity limits, compression stockings and follow-up visits before you schedule.
Sometimes. Many insurance plans ask for a period of conservative care, such as physical therapy or medication, before approving certain procedures. Your provider will review what you have already tried and explain the next appropriate step.
MVM Health is at 25 Hidden Ravines Dr., Suite A, Powell, OH 43065. The clinic is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Call (380) 324-4119 to book or ask questions.
Yes, you can discuss it with your care team. Your providers can review all of your goals together and talk about whether a program such as medical weight loss fits with your current pain or vein treatment plan.
